"I started working with Heather a couple of years ago because my life was going through major changes and I thought focusing on my health would be a good way to ground myself. Although I agreed with the plan and principles Heather was teaching me, I found myself struggling with the program. It was puzzling because I couldn't understand why.
Recently, I was at a retreat in Sedona and I had an epiphany. Subconsciously, I was viewing the program as something imposed on me, something that made me feel even more out of control of my life. Once I had this realization, I decided to change my thinking and consciously think of the program as a tool I could use to get me to my goals. Very empowering!
