I'm super excited to share this Awareness Through Movement program with you. One unique thing about this series is that it is all done in standing and walking. As such, it can directly impact how you walk and move upright through the world.

That said, tracking your experience in walking is more challenging than lying on the floor or sitting. So, I highly recommend you have some Awareness Through Movement experience before beginning this program. You'll also want to be familiar with lessons that include the seesaw breath and rolling your head between your hands.
