We'll explore an Embodied Knowledge video and three short Attune To Awareness Practices each week. Why? So that you can deepen your learning by engaging both your cognitive mind and your body. But it isn't just the learning we're after. I'll also guide you through my signature process of turning these movement practices into potent moments of healing and personal growth through neuro-rewiring. 

By the end of this series, you'll also better understand some of the Feldenkrais principles you can apply to your movement explorations and how you move through life.

Your body is mapped out in your brain. You can think of this as a virtual body that can be exercised, conditioned, and transformed. And the more refined your virtual body is, the better you’ll move.

Head & Spine Integration: These five Attune To Awareness practices are perfect for those who tend to hold tension in their jaws, neck, or back. Some of these moves might become your go-to mid-day mini-movement break.

Shoulder Ease: We can’t reach for the change we want if our shoulders are tense. With these six practices, you’ll tap into the intimate relationship that your shoulders have with your rib basket and spine so that you can have more ease, grace, and power to reach for what you want in life.

Hi, I’m Buffy.

My name is Buffy Owens, and I am known for holding powerful space for people without judgment or expectation. Through embodiment-based coaching, clients access their deepest layers of intuition and connect with their own sacredness and wisdom.

Again and again, clients talk about our work as “magic.”

As I see it, magic is what happens when we feel seen, heard, and loved.

I draw from 30 years of serious study of somatics (the mind-body connection), meditation, and extensive knowledge of physiology and psychology. Connecting others with our deep interconnection with the Earth holds a special place in my heart — from regenerative farming to the healing power of spending time in nature.

As a woman in her ‘pause years, I understand how potent this time is and how easy it is to feel overwhelmed by the world. The medicine is in the depths. Let’s go there together.
