Hi, I’m Buffy Owens

Somatic Movement Educator and Embodied Transformation Coach for midlife individuals, especially women, who want to move well, live well, and age well.

I know you’re probably at a point in life where you’re starting to feel the aches and pains and other signs of aging… and maybe you’re feeling the quiet tug of your mortality. If you’re like me, you also feel that quiet whisper deep within that is yearning to make the world a better place.

But you’re also afraid to slow down. Afraid that if you slow down, you might fall apart or never have the life or impact you desire.

That’s where I know I can help.

I can help you work with your biology so that you can feel like yourself again and have the life and impact you want.

We’re not just talking about better movement. We’re talking about less stress, well-tuned intuition, and the capacity to dream big and take steps toward your dreams that make a real difference, and feel good along the way.
