Ready for some short and sweet practices that will help you prepare for your daily walk or unfurl from the day? 

In this Attune To Awareness Series, we’ll explore enhancing the articulation of your spine for an easier stride. Most people move well in a few places along their vertebral column and hardly at all in others. So in this series, we’ll focus on distributing the ease from the tip of your tail to the crown of your head.

24 Attune To Awareness Practices

  • The Attune To Awareness practices range from 5-13 minutes in length so that you can easily weave them into your daily routine. Plus, learning to attend to yourself and expanding your capacity for awareness is like any other skill — it requires biological adaptation, and adaptation takes time.

Eight Embodied
Exercises

  • Sometimes a little mobilization, strength, or stretch can go a long way toward transforming how you move through the world — especially when you merge it with awareness-based practices. Some of these practices will be explored in their own time; others will invite an exploration or intention while you walk.

Self-Study
Guide

  • This guide will help you to get the most out of your home practice. It contains tips on how to best approach Awareness Through Movement so that you get the most out of every lesson. It also includes suggestions on how to stay comfortable using items in your home as props for support.

  • The Conscious Movements Community is hosted directly on the platform where the program and classes live. This isn't just my space to share. It's our space to connect and commune and it’s only open to those enrolled one of our self-study courses.
