As you move through this series, I invite you to set aside time to do each movement practice formally (i.e., the focus is the exploration). Maybe you do that more than once. And then, when you're ready, explore it informally. So take it into your food prep by taking a moment to pause, scan yourself, and then recall some aspect of the practice that interests you. That way, you can begin incorporating that into your daily life.
