Although you may not be aware of it, the way you move through your daily activities can cause excess tension and stress. Eventually, that stress can be experienced as physical discomfort, mental fog, limited performance or emotional stress. A crucial part of what is needed in order to move out of this toxic stress is an internal understanding of how to move differently through life—body and mind.
