Most of the people who come to see me have a long story of pain. Always in months and often in years. Their torrid tales usually involve a life that is dominated by pain. They've often seen a plethora of doctors and therapists but the outcome has been disappointing. And with each failed attempt to heal the pain, their expectations for improvement and belief in their ability to feel well diminishes.

A simple rule in life that we all know is that what we focus on, we get more of. This is why our main focus with the Move Beyond Pain Program is on living well. With this in mind, we'll focus on using and building the strengths and resources that you already have to achieve your vision of wellness. The more we focus on developing your skills of well-being and your self-awareness — and nourish what's already working — the more the underlying reasons for your pain will fade away.

Throughout this process, I’ll help you to make permanent changes that reduce your suffering and create a life that is full of health, hope, and happiness.
