This is an Awareness Through Movement® lesson is designed to help you to unwind your upper spine and soften the muscles of your neck. What you'll discover is more comfort and freedom in reaching, flexing, and rolling. It's a delightfully empowering lesson that explores a key function of your arms.
In this 75-minute virtual class, Feldenkrais teacher Buffy Owens will guide you through an Awareness Through Movement lesson. She'll also offer some suggestions on lessons from the BODY+BRAIN library that will help you to continue exploring some of the themes of this lesson.
