The Body + Brain Membership and Community is an online resource designed to help people to reduce their chronic pain, move with greater ease, and feel more in control. It's also a hub, for like-minded and proactive people to come together to learn about pain, reduce their suffering, and transform their lives.

With this On-Demand Membership, you can move through Awareness Through Movement® lessons, Mindfulness + Meditation Practices, and Menu loving inspirations that you can explore on your own schedule and in the comfort of your home ...or on the road. Heck, you can even grab a friend or loved one and move together!

You'll discover how your movement habits are contributing to your pain + discomfort and learn how to move with ease and joy again. This membership consists of a growing library of recorded Awareness Through Movement® audio lessons and gentle yoga practices that you can stream on demand!

MEANING
SELF-AWARE

The intentional self-regulation of attention, from moment-to-moment, that you learn in this section is an integral part of calming your nervous system. The practices offered within this membership will guide you through mindfulness, meditation, visualization, or process of self-discovery. Each is specifically designed to help you to take time out from the stresses of modern life, and to tune in to the subtle states of life.

WELL-BEING
A FOCUS ON NOURISHMENT

Certain lifestyle habits and choices over time result in metabolic imbalances which promote a more inflammatory environment. Food is one of those lifestyle habits that can have a BIG impact on our inflammation.

As part of the Well-Being portion of the membership, we'll focus on clean eating and inspired cooking. We'll explore theories of eating and ways to re-connect with the sensorial delights of food. You'll also receive recipes + suggestions to help keep cooking easy and your belly full. There'll be no feeling deprived here.

Communing with others can give us strength, keep accountable, and fill us up. Here in the BODY + BRAIN Membership, we offer a few ways to connect.

We offer a private Facebook Group and monthly gathers to help you to connect with others. But that's not all. We also gather monthly via Zoom to learn, grow, and share. During these interactive gatherings, you'll have an opportunity to learn live with one of our instructors and chance to connect with your fellow members.

Membership Roots

A Collaborative Endeavor

The BODY + BRAIN Membership is a collaborative endeavor that I hope will continue to grow and thrive over time. Since this little nugget of online goodness is greater than just me, it has its own home over at aSpaceToGrow.co

My soulful vision is to create an online space that is more than a business, but a space to grow community. A space to develop meaningful professional and personal relationships. Where like-minded practitioners from around the world can support one another in growing their life’s work and passion by sharing and collaborating online.

ARE YOU A PRACTITIONER?

There are a few ways that we can collaborate.

First, you can consider becoming a contributor. For most movement and meditation professionals, this involves contributing a video or audio series of at least four lessons. For Health Coaches and Nutritionists, this might look like offering a challenge, cooking class, or another appropriate contribution. We’re still in development and open to suggestions.

Second, we’ll be launching a BODY + BRAIN Practitioner Membership. This will include nearly all of the same features and offerings within the regular BODY + BRAIN Membership. However, you’ll also have access to practitioner only goodies. You’ll also have an opportunity to become an affiliate, receive some guidance on how to use this membership to support your clients, and more. This opportunity is also in development and we’d love to have your input.
